Cancellation & Refund Policy​

In order to use the services, you will have to subscribe to a subscription plan for a given duration. Payments for subscription plans of duration of less than a year can be made only by Credit Card. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you downgrade or inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee will be charged to the Credit Card last used by you. Your payment mode and details can be changed if you wish to pay with a different credit card or mode. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, please notify us at least seven days in advance. In the absence of the notification, BuyOh Private Limited will presume that you have authorised BuyOh to charge your credit card to cover the subscription fee used earlier. From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available free of charge. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan.

 

Quarterly and Half-yearly Subscriptions - If at anytime during your 30 days using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us at dmv@listez.io. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory work around, a decision will be arrived on case to case basis.

 

Annual Subscriptions - BuyOh provides ample flexibility to allow you to pick a plan that works for you. By signing up for an annual contract, there is a significant discount provided over the already-low subscription cost. If at anytime during your first 45 days using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us at dmv@listez.io. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory work around, a decision will be arrived on case to case basis.

 

Custom Plan - Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund for custom plans. However, we have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations and a decision will be arrived on case to case basis.
